In July and August, the Wellness Area becomes a zen area exclusively for adults.

The practice of yoga provides many health benefits for both your mind and body. The classic and easy Hatha yoga, dynamic yogas : Ashtanga, Power or Flow yoga. Yin yoga to help you relax by stretching gently and not to forget yoga for kids. Meditation sessions and Pranayama for stress control, detox and energy. Walking meditation and aqua-zen.
Also healthy cooking and smoothies workshops. During “the eco-workshops” you can test the DIY with home-made cleaning products, decoration made of recycled stuff… everything is good to resource yourself during your holidays.
