In the idyllic setting of the St-Tropez peninsula, the Château de Minuty vineyard extends over 70 hectares on the slopes of Gassin and Ramatuelle. On this terroir, the majority grape variety is Grenache, the “king” of rosés, but Syrah and Mourvèdre also produce some red wines.
